Advocate Services:

As subject matter experts with over 20 years of commercial architecture and design knowledge we strive provide our clients with a deeper understanding of the industry standards, in order to better pair you with the spaces that best impact the community. As advocates we help you negotiate through unforeseen issue that may arise when finding a space to occupy. This can range from building standards, adequate landlord expectations and proper permitting for your specific use. Our primary goal is to remove the stress from the building allocation and design phase so that you can focus on the greater vision of your business.

Community Outreach:

We have a deep desire to build a better future and we believe that starts in the home. We know that life can be busy and unfair to most but we are seeking to change the trajectory of peoples lives by providing families and their children with spaces to inspire, congregate or for refuge.  This is why we have set out to impact 10 families each year with bedroom makeovers for their children. Though these make bedroom make overs we come to know the families with a deeper understanding. We gain perspective on dreams, core tenets of the family and even hardships they are currently facing. It is not just our desire complete a bedroom makeover and leave but to walk alongside these families and assist in anyway possible.

Mentorship:

Our Mentorship Program piggybacks off our community outreach services. By reaching 10 families in need we are able to connect these families with the vast network of people and/or services they may not have access to otherwise. Our teams diverse network ranges from S.T.E.M. Programs, Fashion, Counseling, Professional Services and even Trade programs. We then to utilize our knowledge by helping the youth and the family over and through obstacles that they may face along the path to aspiring their dreams.
